Good morning everyone,my greetings goes to the parishioners, apostle and to the leader of the Church, I will be talking about a great topic today, Jesus Came to Give You Wholeness

Meaning of whole

entire. sound, uninjured, healthy. From which none of its constituents has been removed

In the biblical context of health and wellness, wholeness might mean being well in spirit, mind and body. In Paul’s letter of encouragement to the Christians living in Thessalonica, he addresses an aspect of their wholeness when he prays for them

@Steemchurch is helping me a lot, changing my life in every aspect of life, most of the time when my pastor preached to me every Sunday, I forget after leaving the church but with @steemchurch my life has changed and am becoming whole, have learnt a lot more than words can explain. The Bible says:

1 Peter 2:24 “Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”

2 Corinthians 5:21“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”

Our opening Scripture tells us that Jesus bore our sins in His own body on the Cross that we being dead to sins should live unto righteousness; it says by His stripes we were healed. The word ‘healed’ speaks of wholeness, completeness, totality and perfection. Jesus came to give us wholeness – spirit, soul and body. He came to restore us to complete health – spirit, soul and body; He came to redeem all that was lost in the fall of the first Adam, and give us even much more. The Word tells us in Colossians 2:10 that we are complete in Christ Jesus, who is the head of all principality and power. You don’t have to wonder why Jesus came into the world any more. He came to give us completeness, wholeness and perfection. Hallelujah!

Beloved, refuse to take anything less than wholeness; don’t let the devil rob you of the completeness and wholeness that is in Christ. You don’t have to struggle to enjoy God’s fullness. You don’t have to cry to get it. You only need to know what is available to you in Christ by revelation, and receive it by faith. All things are ready for the taking and for the receiving. You are blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. You are not what people call you; you are not where people used to see and find you. You have been catapulted from the zone of darkness into the kingdom of God’s Son.

You must open up to the Word to know and receive all that God has prepared for you. You are not disadvantaged in any way. You are not a victim. Christ has brought you wholeness and completeness. Open your heart to receive what is yours in every area of your life – marriage, ministry, family, finances, academics, etc. Receive all that is yours in Christ Jesus! Refuse to settle for anything less than the best of God for you!

let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

What does holiness look like? The Bible tells us, “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23). Like all fruit, these develop over time and manifest as we consistently obey and live in communion with the Lord. Consider the contrast between the fruit of the Spirit (the characteristics of a holy life) with the fruit of the flesh (the characteristics of a life lived apart from God) (Galatians 5:16-26).

Give your life to Christ today and change your story, just pray this simple prayer with me..
Dear Jesus:
I want to have a relationship with you. I know I can’t save myself, because I know I’m a sinner. Thank you for dying on the cross on my behalf. I believe you died for me, and I accept your free gift of salvation.
Thank you, Jesus.
Amen.

Great post @dwayne16.

Truly in Christ we have been brought to fullness (wholeness). He is the head over every power and authority. And for this reason, we operate with this understanding.

Thanks for sharing.
kind regards.
