You are highly welcome to my weekly moderators report. I am @udyliciouz one of the Moderators in the SteemAlive Community. And this is my Weekly report of activities covering March 14 - 20, 2022.

The job of a Moderator

One of the things I look for on every post I checked in the SteemAlive community is the correct use of the steem exclusivity tag.

Once you use the #steemexclusive tag, you are telling steemit that this post is created for steemit and for steemit only. Which implies that you are not going to place the same post on your Facebook or any other place.
And simple because steemit will love to have quality content that appears only on steemit, our work includes the use of 'smallseotools' as a Plagiarism checker to confirm that users are not abusing the steemexclusive tag.

In my last week report, I talked about how that tag could be abuse and I warned posters not to get involved in such act.

Other things we look out for in publication

• We check the formatting style and make necessary corrections if there is any.
• The club status of the Steemian posting.
• Delegation to bots is one of the things I checked using the tools below:

I have been able the mentor and guide @uby4real, @kufres and @bobwalter, they are actively posting in the community and promise to be committed to the community and steemit as a whole.

Observations/Commendation

A good number of new Steemians do not understand the concept of tags. So they create their own tags and that is why most of thier post is not curated by the curators. There is need to train this newcomers on the relevant tags to be used.

Some old users of the platform have neglected the part of justifying thier post. When I see such, I do remind them to do so and encourage those who may have forgotten to contact me for proper training.

I am happy with the majority of posters in Steemalive community. Thier post is always 100% unique. And they are working hard to make as many publication as possible.
