Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 2 (Week 2)| Introducing My Family by @temitopef

Good day Dear Steemians, it's a privilege to be here and join the contest organized by this community. Today I will be introducing my family members to you all, what makes my family, their occupation and the others things about them.

Family as we all know is a group of two person or more that are related by blood, marriage, birth or adoption and are living together. Now I will be introducing my Mother, Sibling and Cousin to you all because they are what I have and know as my family.

Meet my beautiful, loving, caring, my peace maker and courageous mother, she is my only parent, she lives in Ede Osun State in Nigeria and she is a trader by occupation. She is a wonderful and a virtuous mother that put her children first in everything she does, she is a lover of God and she directed her children to God and guide in the way of the Lord. She love her culture and teach us all we need to know about it and life. She forgive easily, also she is a no nonsense woman but doesn't like beating her children, for her to beat any child shows the child has make her so angry.

She is a strong woman, she stood by us at all forgetting our father deserted us. She is not like so many women in my community that fail to give their children good upbringing all because their husband is not helping. She did ventures into many business so as to make sure we never lack. She work hard all by herself to give all her children sound education. Despite everything she never forsake her God and trained us in the way of God.

The Above picture is my junior sister and my best friend. Her name is Olabisi, she is a 300 level student at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho Oyo State, studying Science Laboratory Technology. She is the only fashionista in my home, my Sister is friendly, cares too much and she is an attention seeker.

She is very helpful not only to her family but everyone she had encounter with, she cares so much for everyone and she is very patience, she had to stay at home for some years after her secondary education because my mother was not financially capable of sending her to school, she understood this and wait patiently without joining bad gang or ruined herself in the aim of being desperate for money.

This is the only boy in my family and the last born of my mom, He finished his national diploma at Federal Polytechnic Ede Osun State, where he studied Building Technology. He is the pastor of our home because of his love for God and he loves prayer a lot. He love helping people so much that most time he would give his last money or food to anyone that needs it at that moment. He had once dash a clothing material I got for him for Christmas to a boy that complain he has no new cloth and wish for one. He is somehow stubborn and sometimes behave like the baby of the house he is.

I love his prayerful spirit and how passionate he is about the word of God. I love his total honestly, my brother will never lie to you even if he is at fault.

This my cousin, my mother's sister child. Her name is Ayooluwa and she has been staying with us since the day she was born. Her mother has complication during pregnancy and doctor said caesarian section is the only option, she didn't have money and brought herself to my mom, and since she was born she has been with us even when she they took her away, she would cry till she fall sick and they had return back to us, she regard my mother as hers. She love and care for mom a lot.

Honestly all of them has helped me so much that I can never forget, they all helped me with prayer, money, their time, care and love. They were the only one that was with me in my darkest moment, the moment when I thought my journey on earth is about to end. They stood by me, my mother spent all her money, fasting, prayer on me with words of encouragement. My brother prayed and fasted for me and my beautiful sister, worked to get some money for my drugs, encouraged me and crack jokes with me to make me forget my pain. They all gave me the strength that I need at that point.

I am the funniest person in my family, I love making people and my family happy and lively. There is never a dull moment wherever I am as I always make it lively and funny. This attributes is part of what makes my co-workers and my client loves and enjoy me being around.

My family is a loving one, we all love, care and support one another. My wish is that God should bless my family, make us the children prosper in our endeavors and my mother shall eat the fruit of her labour in good health and peace of mind.

Family is the most important people in everyone's life because they are the only one who stood by you both in bad and good times.
