It is very very good and important to assist our Invitees to remain active on steemit, this new ones need to understand how to write on steemit so that it will be easy for them to write on their own wherever they are so yesterday I had a call from a newbie.

He said he would like me to meet his friend to explain steemit to her,

This statement shows that even though he is not writing daily on steemit he loves steemit and he has shared it to his friends that is why he wanted me to come around and throw more light on it bravo 🥂

Report of my Promotion yesterday 21/02/2022 and today 22/02/2022

Just as I mentioned we had an appointment to meet at the choice in plaza in uyo city akwa ibom States by 7 p.m. so when I went there I explained to Simi to her very well that she agreed to sign up a username is @kasey-inang pets she could not write introduction post because it was already late so we reschedule to meet again today Saturday two of them came to our steemit office for training, I did not just tell them to write or what to write I thought them Mark down text justify and text centre this 2 markdown is very very important in our post so I explain to them why they should always use it in their post, I wrote it down for them and help them to write it down and apply it in their post,

Honestly it is a thing of joy to mentor this to people on steemit , do you know why? Their learning rate is 99% as you are talking they are writing, somebody is coming to learn with pen and book so what else do you want just tell the person what he or she need to do, you know that some people when you write text justify it will take them an hour to understand it but on their own is that as you are talking they're writing it, honestly it gave me Joy to work with them, in my team I always tell them that I don't train followers I train leaders these two guys are leaders great leaders I am telling that what they have learnt today they can easily teach it another person so I encourage you to open their powt read and comment meaningful encourage them and welcome them to steemit and steemalive.

@kasey-inang is a great leader from Calabar, how will you feel if tomorrow we have steemit office in Clabar through her and her group, the truth is that I have signed up 4 persons from Calabar, with time we have steemiains that know each other from Calabar, we promised to make steemit a household name, it is going small small like kerosene and matches millions of Nigerians are yet to hear and know about steemit.

In conclusion I will continue to create awareness about steemit and communities on steemit, helping newbies is now my hobby.
