Agricultural entrepreneurship is a business practice in the sector of agricultural which foreground innovation and efficiency and sustainable. An agricultural entrepreneur grows crops, not only for personal sustenance but as an investment that yields profits. They apply advanced practices for higher productivity, lower risk and added value to the products of agriculture.

Farm entrepreneurship in the modern era of globalization and digitalization is evolving with the help of technology like IoT-based agriculture, hydroponic systems, digital marketing. Agricultural entrepreneurs also need to be knowledgeable on financial management and market principles and marketing strategies as their products need to reach wider markets.

Also, the issues of agricultural entrepreneurship are multi-faceted, e.g. natural factors dependence, climate changes, price fluctuations and lack of access to capital. The farm entrepreneur must, therefore be prepared to withstand the risks the sector offers and adapt to the changes happening within agriculture.

Entrepreneurs in agriculture are entrepreneurs producing and sometimes processing, distributing, and selling agricultural products. Their key activities are just as follows:

   Livestock (cattle, chicken, goats) and fisheries.

2. Product Processing and Innovation
   Processing agricultural products into value-added products, such as fish floss, cassava chips, or pasteurized milk.
   Developing organic farming and environmentally friendly products.

3. Distribution and Marketing
   Products to local markets or e-commerce.
   Social media and IT pipelines to tap the customers who are more.
   Form partnership with restaurant, hotels or supermarkets.

An agricultural entrepreneur is not just a expert cultivator, he should have vitality of entrepreneurial spirit with good managerial and marketing skills. Land the right innovation & strategy and use this for the betterment for farmers welfare,, Job creation for rural areas and their contribution on food security also a national economy as well
