Agricultural story #11

This is a beautiful cherry plant. I have planted it in a rubber because I don't want my plant to grow roots in the ground. Since the soil is cement. I have fertilized it with organic waste products and worm compost, or worm humus.

The plant has taken over some cherries on two occasions. I have tried to get it to load its delicious cherries again but I have not been able to do so. I am not giving up hope, I keep putting organic waste products in the soil that I add and the same worm compost.

Now it is tall, I have allowed the branches to go up to see how high it needs to be to release its flowers and then the fruits. I am always checking her because pests also tart her up from colonizers. One of the pests that likes to be on my plant the most is a very volatile one that attaches itself to the underside of the leaf and collects as little white clouds. As soon as I see it, I remove it from the leaf.

I try to make many homemade recipes to exterminate pests such as mixing soap with baking soda and vinegar. I have also used garlic and onion shells macerated for a week in a closed container. Then I put the result of these waters on the leaves and branches.

So far nothing has worked and I don't want to buy chemicals for my plants. I think that ultimately I will have to do it. The pests won't go away and they try to lodge in other fruit plants.

Not many people know of non-chemical products to spray on the plants. I also made a mixture with the branches and leaves of a plant called neem. This plant was recommended that I put it in a container and let it macerate for 3 days. At the end of which I proceeded to spray the final product on the leaves and branches.

Nothing has helped. Although my plant has withstood the pest attacks, I think that its flower load has been affected by the presence of these pests.

Thank you very much.

¡Holaaa Gertu!🤗

Saludos.
