Preparing Low Budget MTN Rice Otherwise Known As Sapa Jollof

Good day guys, I know people have different methods of cooking so is me. I decided to just take the process involved in preparing Nigerian Sapa Jollof otherwise Known as MTN rice. Now let me get to it as fast as I could.
Ingredients
The ingredients I used
• Rice
• Palm oil
• Bonga fish
• Crayfish
• Onga Seasoning Cubes
• Salt
• Pepper
Preparation Process
• Firstly, I poured the rice into the pot and added few cups of water to it then turned on my gas and parboiled it for few minutes.

While Parboiling it, I had to wash the bonga fish and removed the unwanted parts, then grind my crayfish.
• At the 10th minute of Parboiling the rice, I turned the gas off and then took it down then sieve it out incase there is sand (I used local rice and there is probability that there will be sand).

• After washing and sieving the rice, I poured it back to the pot and then added all the ingredients except oil and water.

• After adding the ingredients, I turned on the gas then added a bowl of water I felt will be okay for it to get soften then allowed it to boil for a while before going back to it.

• After a while, I opened it and added my palm oil then stirred if and allowed it to boil for some minutes before going back to check if it was boiling evenly and to make sure the ingredients were evenly distributed to every sphere of the pot.

• Then after cross checking it, I closed it then I allow d it to boil till the water dried off then my MTN Rice was ready to be served.

After I finished taking my bath, I had to dish it out and enjoyed my Sapa Jollof.

N/B: Please I am not a professional chef, I just wanted to show you all how to prepare low budget MTN rice and not in anyway giving universal measurements to preparing this particular meal.
