The Diary Game || 19- 03- 2025 || A Triple Achievement: My Fitness Routine, A Successful Charity Project And My Work Schedule

Hello diary.

The last time I came to your page, I discussed A Triple Threat Sunday: Work, Christian Service And A Friendly Football Game today I am sharing a different story of my day but still a triple difference activity.

These triple activities consist of my fitness routine, my part in charity projects and my work schedule. I was opportuned to have a fulfilled; excited and hard working day, all in a single day and I'm interested in sharing with you guys.

MORNING SESSION

The atmosphere was cloudy due to yesterday's heavy rainfall and it was a Wednesday morning, my favourite fitness day because of the two fitness activities fixed in the day workout and football. Upon waking up; I bathed, dressed up my fitness wear and departed for the fitness camp.

I was actually a little late due to the time I woke up, anyway what counts is that I was there and I joined the workout of the day. It was an Upper body day based on the mockery we received from the ultrafit fitness team about not having a bigger chest. We focused on the barbell bench press but we combined two steps-board to form a bench for support.

We later embark on the football training session mixed of males and females as usual. We paired five aside and the likes of @ngoenyi @benton3 and @alli001 were all present. Well it was tigh draw match as we ended up goalless, both team played well both both team defense were difficult to break through, strong as Azu rock.

In my side, I wasn't my normal self inside the pitch, I was exhausted from the moment after 10 minutes due to the fact that I ate the very moment I woke up and brushed, that made me regretted never to eat before playing any football game.

After the goalless game, we departed home and prepared for the charity projects. The project execution time was set at 10:30AM and we closed football game by 10 o'clock; before we could reached house it was few minutes away from hitting 10:30, though time was against us but my first planned was accomplished.

It was a minutes passed 11 o'clock when we finally departed for the school after everyone came out completely, @ngoenyi @bossj23 @chichigirl @alli001 were all in the car while @benton3 controlled the driver seat. We arrived the school premised captured before it clocked 12 o'clock

AFTERNOON SESSION

While ngoenyi went to have a little conversation with the school proprietor, we focus on arranging the pupils in a line of four to five pace and few minutes later, okere-blessing took them on a warm up program before ngoenyi came to concluded it and begin the food distribution process.

In this season of the year, food cost are seriously high and in return it affects thousands of families especially those with huge numbers of children in the house. Imagine a cup of rice been sold at a rate of 500 naira which is approximately 2.3 steems; imagine the cups of rice a family of 7-9 would purchased to reach the number of people on a family in a single day and calculate how much would be withdraw from the wallet in a day.

In this case, most family can't afford a proper meal to the family and it has a negative impact in the family especially to the young one's who are still in school. This food aid had came to brighten the kid's face, encouraged the kid's and established a profound smiles on their faces.

After the whole distribution process and joy the kid's deprived from the kindness, we couldn't help but joined the kid's and smiled. We were absolutely in the same range of happiness with the kids, this happiness drives us to captured ourselves as much pictures as we could.

Our stayed in the school was great; the moment, the vibes we had was extra interested and it was as if we could be revisiting the school each and every week, but we departed anyway. Despite our departure, we were still in joy because our mission and my second planned of the day was accomplished. At home I took my time in the bed sleeping since I hadn't slept ever since I returned from workout.

EVENING SESSION

It was minutes passed five o'clock when I woken up from the great sleep, my mind was totally refreshed and calmed especially when I bathed. It was actually my work day and I was scheduled to work in the evening so I hurriedly prepared and departed in time.

The sky didn't guarantee a rain free evening and I didn't want it rain while on my way to work so I had to walked super fast to avoid it falling on me, lucky for me I was able to arrived my work premised without a drop of rain fortunately my coworkers were already on working motion which I stole a rest minutes for myself.

A few minutes later, I came out to engage on the work and we managed to escape working overnight for the day as we applied a strategy that helped us filled up waters in the whole production room and others spaces and closed immediately it clock 10 o'clock PM.

As we embark on our different destinations, I approached the only available profession shop that I found in the same area to bought a fresh tomato as I desired to used on the next day. While walking in the tarred road, I got attracted to some fruit sellers and i was with a little funds in my back pocket so I decided to bought a pineapple of 300 naira, currently 1.5 steems.

The pineapple I bought happened to be my dinner. I enjoying the delicious fruit, I took to creating a content in my blog though I couldn't finished as I slept off. At least my day was fulfilled and my triple plans were handsomely accomplished so I was grateful.
