Diary Game|| 09-03-2025 || A Beautiful Sunday

Dear diary,

I woke very early in the morning today with the aid of my phone alarm at exactly 4:00am, I also woke my wife up from her sleep too for our usual morning devotion. On Sundays we do wake up more early than other days so that we can prepare for Church so that we can be in Church early before service time. Immediately after the devotion, I revisit my note which I prepared to preach today in the service. I prayerfully went through the note and desired that since it is the Word of God I shall be preaching, may the Holy Spirit confirm His word in the life of all worshippers with testimonies of infallible proves to show.

I plugged the electric heater to warm our bathing water a little for bathing, since the weather is not even that cold the water was heated moderately and we all took our bath and brushed our teeth, dressed up and left for Church.

Reaching the Church I asked the securities to on the generator so that I can print all the memos send from leadership, local announcement and testimonies e.t.c. because there was no light. I also joined the Pastors for our usual Pre-service Minister's Prayer and to also scheduled the Pastors on all the Ministerial functions as drafted in the scheduled program template. Today's Sunday service was tagged Business and Career Breakthrough Service and also double as Our Special Monthly Communion Service.
The service started with opening prayer, praise and worship, call to worship, hymn, announcement, testimonies, choir ministration, followed by the Word/altar call, then Communion ministration and finally welcoming of first timers as you can see in the picture below then closing prayer.

The service was very Impactful starting from the opening prayer down to the closing prayer, to God alone be all the glory.

After the service we had a brief meeting with the Church Board Members to review our local operations and to also update them on the current policies to be implemented as instructed by the leadership as well as what is expected of us according to our statutory responsibilities as leaders of the local assembly.
I attended to some few members who waited to see me, I snapped some pictures in the office as you can see below before we left the Church to returned home.

On our way back I branched to buy fuel for my bike at the fuel station, after which we proceeded back home.
Reaching home I first showered, and then ate yesterday leftover food which was moimoi as you can see in the picture below.

After eating I slept as usual. Later in the day we had visitors upon visitors, what I mean here is this one would come and go another set would come and another.

My wife bought cashew which she gave me some to lick as you can see in the picture above, later she prepared our dinner which I offered some little help as she prepared.
When she was done cooking we both ate our dinner which was white rice and stew as you can see in the picture below.

That was how I spent my day because the rest of my day was spent watching movies with my family till we had our night devotion as usual before calling it a day; I studied before retiring to bed anyways.
