Peace be upon you! How are you? I am quite fine with your kind prayers. I am here to be the part of this amazing contest which title is

""What should we choose to live a healthy life"".

Healthy life

The methods of living that help us enjoy more aspects of our life with less diseases.

What should we choose to live a healthy life

Every person want to improve their health so that they live healthy and happy.
We should following are some important points to keep in mind:

Balance diet

I we want to live a healthy life, good diet is very important. To live healthy the our body needs different nutrients. Fruit, vegetable, whole grains and proteins all play important roles in a healthy life. It help digestion, increase the immune system, and lower the risk of illness since they are full of important vitamins, minerals and fibre. We should not excessive use of
Sweat snacks, and sweetened drinks. These foods have little nutritional value, having large amount of calories but low in nutrients, and may cause weight gain, energy lows, and other health problems.

Regular Exercise

Do exercise on a daily basis is also important for health. Exercise loses weight, regular exercise shows to have good effects on our Heart health, mental health, and mood. We should do walking, jogging, swimming, and cycling daily for good results. In order to maintain our health and keep yourself motivated, it is important to choose things that you like to doing.

Proper sleeping

Maintaining a healthy sleep routine is important to our health but it is frequently ignored. Less sleep caused an increasing risk of different diseases like fats, diabetes, and heart disease, also have bad effects on our body. Sleep at night allow us to get between 7 or 9 hours of sleep every night. If we make getting proper sleep , we shall wake up fresh.

Say no to stress

Fair dealing with stress is a vital part of living a happy life. Less sleep may have negative impacts on our bodies and minds. Finding good ways to deal with stress is important. Daily exercise is a great way to reduce stress, it makes you feel good.

Meditation

Meditation, deep breathing exercises habits and time spend in with nature are among more good methods. Relax and by giving yourself time to do things you like. It might also help to talk to loved ones.

Use of water

The importance of staying healthy is ignored now a days. Maintaining biological processes including digestion body temperature regulation, and good skin, is helped by drinking of water whole day. The average person requires about 2 litres of water per day.

No smoking and alcohol

As we know that smoking is injurious to health but some people ignored it completely. Not smoking and drinking are vital components of a balanced to life. An increasing risk of cancer, heart disease, and respiratory diseases are only some of the recognised negative effects of smoking and other tobacco use. The health of smokers may be improved by getting help to rehabilitation center. We should say no to consumption of alcoholic . Liver damage, addiction, and other health issues are only some of the outcomes of heavy alcohol use.

Visit to doctor

Visits to the doctor on a regular basis are important for us. Make sure visit to doctor at least once in a month.
