Some people fell asleep easily while the other people are struggling a lot with falling asleep. Not only that but also they experience disturbances during the sleep. Together, this condition is called as insomnia.

Today I'd love to introduce some useful tips to overcome insomnia.

Meditation

Meditation is one of the best method we can use. According to my personal experience it never gives fast results. We need to practice it. We need to break the pattern. Therefore it takes some time for cleansing our negative thoughts that makes a barrier to our sleep.

Adhering to a Particular Sleeping time

We can practice our brain for a particular time for sleeping in the night. At the begining it would be hard, and the practice will gives us best results.

Avoding Day time Naps

Day time naps have a huge impact on increasing insomnia as it reduces the sleep even for a normal person. Specially, if you have insomnia you should avoid day time naps.

Creating an Active Day Schedule

Active day schedule makes our bodies very active and tired. That tiredness can lead our bodies to a good sleep. We can choose activities like horticulture, gardening, cycling, hiking or may be going to the gym, doing exercises according to our will and the health condition.

Having a Body Wash

This tip will also help the us. expecially if we use hot water as it provides a greater relaxation for our body.

Keeping a Seperate Worry Time

Night is the time when we deal with more worrying thoughts. Therefore we can choose a seperate worry time in the evening and write it down on a paper. This tip help us to not to bring our worries on to the bed.

If you have experienced insomnia, you know that it's one of the worst things, that anyone could experience. Not having a proper sleep has a huge negative impact on our day. Therefore we have to pay attention on having a good sleep.
