Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'm showcasing a dish commonly eaten during special snack times. Kiping, or termed as Cassava Crisp, is fried snack that consists of cassava flour and water and is topped off with caramel. It is sweet, crunchy, and really fun to eat. It is really versatile since you can top it off with different toppings such as chocolate or even go for savoury such as hot sauce, taco dip, cheese, or vinegar.
