This an African food, and it is popularly found in Ghana in West Africa. It is one of the popular foods among the tribe of Akan in Ghana. The balls are made of cassava, plantain and most a times cocoyam or yam can also be use for making it. It has already prepared by moter and pistle. It goes with every kind of soup. You can also try some at home
