how are you all I hope you are very well. Alhamdulillah I am also very well with your prayers. Today I am going to discuss with you about our national cash crop jute of Bangladesh. I hope you will like it very much inshallah.

Introduction:

Jute is a cash crop. There is a lot of demand for jute in the country and abroad. Bangladesh earns a lot of foreign exchange by exporting jute. Hence jute is called golden fiber.

Shape and type:

Jute is a grass plant. It looks like a long stick. They are often 5 to 10 cubits long. Desi Tosha and Mesta are the three types of jute used in our country. High jute fibers are white, Tosha jute fibers are reddish and Mesta jute fibers are relatively coarse.

How jute dries:

After the cultivators remove the fibers from the jute, they make them under the bambo and let them dry. If kept like this in the sun for 3-4 days, the jute will dry. But if it rains from the sky after the sun, then the farmers have to suffer a lot.

Export:

jute is the best in the world. Jute is exported to different countries of the world. Large quantities of jute are exported to Europe and America.

Uses of jute fibers and jute sticks:

Jute is made into ropes, sacks, cloths, carpets etc. Jute wood is used as fuel and for making fences and paper. Synthetic rayon is made from jute.

Conclusion:

Education is a promising crop in Bangladesh. Recently the discovery of jute genetics has increased the possibilities of jute.
