@djanita Cute Wonders || Making French Fries For Roza || Third Roza
Hey guys!
Salaam everyone!
I hope you all are doing great, and your fasts are going smooth!!
The time for iftar is just around the corner, and as always, the last few minutes feel like the longest. Today, I am making fries for my family, and since we are seven people in total, I am frying them in two pans to make sure they are ready on time.
In the first black pan, I am frying thinner-cut fries with the skin still on, giving them a crispy texture and rich flavor. The oil is bubbling, and the golden color is forming beautifully.
In the second pan, I have thicker fries soaking up the oil, cooking at a slower pace to ensure they are soft from the inside and crunchy on the outside. Both pans are working filling the kitchen with the comforting aroma of frying potatoes, making the wait for iftar even more exciting.
Fasting is not just about food and drink, it also teaches patience, and most importantly self-control. It is a spiritual cleanse that helps us reflect on our blessings and understand the struggles of those who have less.
Preparing food for iftar is a beautiful reminder of the unity and joy that comes with breaking the fast together, appreciating the little things that makes us happy.
As the time for iftar gets closer, the fries are almost done, looking crispy and golden, ready to be served alongside other delicious items on the table. These last few moments before breaking the fast always feel the most rewarding, knowing that we made it through the day with patience and faith. The sound of the azan will soon fill the atmosphere, making the moment we’ve all been waiting for very beautiful.
The fries are being cooked i hope the total result is good, and i hope my fam loves it!
