Friends, all of you are very welcome in my post. Hope you all will be healthy and safe. Today I am sharing my food diary in this beautiful competition. I am very happy to participate in this competition. I would like to thank this community for organizing this competition. Writing this diary with tasty food starts without wasting more time.

All our starts with the morning breakfast. Whenever we wake up in the morning, we have a habit of eating something. If many people had a habit of tea or coffee, many people only have breakfast in the morning. I have a habit of eating tea and some breakfast in the morning. I do not like to just drink tea alone. I have a habit of eating something with tea. So yesterday I had eaten with salted and biscuits tea in the breakfast.

At lunch, I made egg tikka masala. The egg is such a thing that we can prepare any dish. With eggs, we can make many tasty food. I make many things from eggs in my house. Yesterday I made egg tikka masala. It was also a slightly different type of food in appearance and the taste was also completely different. Everyone in the house liked this food very much. I am telling how we will make egg tikka masala which is very easy. Everyone can make it at home.

First of all, we have to put it well by putting it in water. When the egg is boiled, it has to be cut out and cut it. Now we have to pour oil in a pan. After that we have to add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.

Now we have to take a paste by adding tomatoes, green chilies, green coriander and curd chopped in a mixer and prepare a paste.

After that, when we fry the paste onion and ginger -garlic paste, then we have to pour it into it. Have to cook well. Then add spices to add some water and let it cook well. Now we have to lay chopped eggs. We have added water to it, so water has to be cooked till it does not burn well. For decoration, we have to add green coriander. In this way we have to make egg tikka masala.

I had taken chicken at dinner, so I had prepared two meals using chicken. I had already kept the chicken to marinate for an hour. When I brought more in chicken, I had made chicken grain with a little chicken and made chicken gravy masala with a little chicken. Just eating chicken grain does not fill the stomach, so I also made a little chicken gravy masala from chicken. Later I made chapati.
