Hello fellow steemian, dear friends and folk,
Honestly, every day I have to scrutunized my brain for what viand to be prepare in the table during a meal, inorder to make my entire family happy in eating time. Doing my daily routine wake up early in the morning, yet I decided to visit my wife's uncle vegetable garden inorder to picked a cucumber vegetable and papaya fruit for viand.
Yes, this is my captured photos in picking a papaya fruit and cucumber vegetables that dangling over the top of a trellis. Perfectly hanging down the wires and nylon threads, it is really so wonderful to seen because of its perfect shape, the green leaves and stem suddenly climb higher to the top.
Add its beautifulness because the vegetable fruit dangling under their stem, it is really a good attraction to someones eyeball which give a cooling effect and relaxing feeling to the eyes due to its green leaves, and their fruits blended and hiding also to the leaves top to keep away from insect predators.
This type of vegetables, its vine and stem had the abilty to climb over top of tall trees, the vines strongly clamp to the branches and twigs of a tree. The leaves suddenly shed towards its fruits so that it cannot be easily seen by insects that damages it, because these kind of vegetable fruit are great preys of bees, stinking insects and even flies which can cause a damage of vegetable fruit itself.
After picking my vegetable and fruit ingredient in the morning, I've suddenly cook it with a perfect combination of a sardines, which my children also like it most with this vegetable and fruit recipe I made.
So what are the ingredients of my recipe, namely;
Ingredient | Amount |
---|---|
Cucumber | 3 pcs |
Papaya | 1 pc |
Sardines | 1 can |
Onion | 1 whole |
Garlic | 1 whole |
Seaaoning | 1 sachet |
Edible oil | 1/8 liter |
Water | 1/2 liter |
And this is my preparations;
1)Peel the papaya fruit and cucumber vegetable.
2)Sliced it into thin.
3)Next to sliced are the onion and garlic.
4)Set aside.
Then this is it, proceeding to my cooking;
1)Put the edible oil to a pan.
2)Stir fried the slice onion and garlic.
4)Put the sardines.
5)Then add the sliced cucumber and papaya.
6)Stir it inorder to mix.
7)Add a half liter of water enough to soften the fruit and vegetable.
8)Cover and cook it in a moderate flame.
9)After 15-20 minutes of cooking.
10)Then add the seasoning.
11)Wait for few minute and ready to serve.
Alright! Our tummies were really full. So lets eat!
