Hello friends! This is another day on my daily writing of Tuesday precisely, you all are welcome.

Today, I want to share with us my DIY on bread production

INTRODUCTION

Bread is one of the staple foods in the world, that is made from a mixture of flour and other ingredients, and it is obtained by baking.
So bread is baked aerated dough; the primary ingredients are flour, salt and water. Then, the aeration is obtained by fermentation with yeast.
The yeast ferments the sugar to the flour, and some that were produced by diastatic activity evolved carbon dioxide, which aerated the dough.
The dough consists of gluten, which acts as carbon dioxide.

Ingredients

  • Flour 2kg
  • sugar 200g
  • margarine 40g
  • salt 30g
  • yeast 40g
  • 1 small ball of nutmeg
  • 2liters of water
  • flavors(malt extract and tantalizer,)
  • milk------50g
  • Egg 2 pieces

PROCEDURE FOR BREAD PRODUCTION USING STRAIGHT DOUGH METHOD

  • Preparing my ingredients:-I weighed all the ingredients at the appropriate amount

  • I mixed and kneed my dough with the dough mixer,l first and mixed all my dry ingredients and then add water and egg

  • I brought out my dough from the mixer to the working table. There, I cut my dough, moulded it and put it in an already greased bread pan.
    I allowed my dough to be proofread for about 45-1 hours.

  • I baked in an oven set at 180-200°c for 20-25minutes.

  • I removed it from the oven and allowed it to cool then packaged it.

Bread is a meal enjoyed by everyone in the family; kids love it more and it is mostly eaten as breakfast with tea. Doing it yourself saves cost and gives you your desired quantity and preferred texture and freshness.
