Hello, good afternoon all steemian... Have a good day in your activities..... How are you all friends.... I hope all of my friends are given smooth health in carrying out all their activities... This is my first post in the #SteemHealthcare Community, I hope I can always write and share about health and traditional medicine from my area for all of my friends. Because sharing about health science is very useful and so beautiful for all of us.

At this time we need to maintain our stamina and health where maintaining a distance, maintaining a pattern of rest and eating healthy food is very important. On this occasion while traveling to the rice fields, I came across a plant that has good properties for herbal medicine, from the roots to the fruit, the fruit in my area is called ceplukan which has properties for herbal treatment.

This ceplukan plant grows in certain seasons only, this plant that has a height of 1 meter has a single leaf with a green and hairy stem and the fruit is covered with petals on the outside of the fruit, the fruit will look ripe when the color of the fruit has turned yellow.

Efficacy of tumban ceplukan and ceplukan fruit

The ceplukan tree has benefits ranging from roots to fruit, this plant that can be used as a traditional medicine can be processed by washing the roots thoroughly and drying them in the sun to dry. while the fruit can be eaten when it is ripe fruit that has a sweet taste is in great demand.

This ceplukan fruit contains many things that are beneficial to the human body ranging from vitamin C, fisalin, malic acid, tannins, sugar, citric acid, alkaloids, cryptoxanthin.

While the leaves of this ceplukan plant contain flavonoids, polyphenols and saponins, while the roots of this ceplukan plant contain flavonoids and shampoos.

The ceplukan fruit has many properties such as treating bleeding gums, ulcers and heartburn, while the leaves can treat ulcers, by mashing the leaves and putting them on top of boils, while for the treatment of gums, the ceplukan fruit can be eaten directly when the fruit is ripe and turns into a fruit yellow. For the roots and leaves which are processed after being dried, they can be used by boiling them until they boil. The processed leaf roots are very useful for slowing the spread of cancer, healing the heart, fever, asthma, diabetes and an energy booster for us. this is very useful.

In developing countries, farmers grow a lot of this plant because of the price and demand for it, such as the United States, New Zealand, and Australia, these farmers export ceplukan fruit to countries in Europe. The price of 70 grams of ceplukan fruit reaches 6.98 USD and for foreign exports it can exceed the local market price. From here we know the high cost of ceplukan fruit abroad due to its extraordinary benefits and properties for humans.

Maybe this is all I can say about the benefits of ceplukan fruit and business opportunities for farmers considering the extraordinary price and benefits for us, hopefully this post can be useful for all of us and the photo above that I took with my smartphone camera is just a sweetener for this ceplukan fruit article. And thank you to all of you who have stopped by and supported my blog.
