Contest: Our Seasonal Fruit

At the moment we have Spring in UK and it is always a sign of approaching of summer. Spring is a beautiful season due to the fact that flowers starting to grow and become first flowers. The trees have their first leaves and they are intense sap green colour. Fruit trees have also fresh flowers that later on will turn into fruits.
I love spring and summer. Summer is great because we have holidays, because there are long days and short nights so people more time to sit outside in cafe and enjoy fresh air and nice drink or maybe even food outside. In Summer we always travel somewhere and that remains as a good memory.
Spring is the time when we have first local grown strawberries. That is why when we see strawberries in shop then we know that is spring and also it is time for favourite cake with strawberries and cream. There are many different version how to prepare the cake, some people just buy in bakery but everyone like eating such cakes with fresh strawberries.
I love strawberries, because it associates with my childhood, when we were little we always visited my grandmother who grown herself strawberries and we when visiting her had our routine. The first thing in the morning we went in garden and had our “breakfast” we we going into strawberry field and picked red and matured fruits and also just ate them there. Once we were full we went to play and did not want to have any more breakfast.
Strawberries are sold in many supermarket and 250g of them costs 21 Steem. I usually buy once a week and normally on weekend to enjoy just fruits or sometimes I put them in my yoghurt and have such breakfast.

You explained the topic of strawberries well, but you made a mistake. You repeated a question twice, but you answered it correctly. Please correct this question. I'm glad to know that you like spring and summer. I don't like summer that much, but I like the beaches. We go out together on holidays. You also used to go to your grandmother's house on holidays when you were a child, and your grandmother used to eat strawberries and you at her house. A friend is only useful to another friend. Correct your mistakes, this will make your post look more beautiful.
I think I'll like this fruit. I have never tasted it before. Good one.
