How are you guys? I hope everyone is well today. Today I have come to participate in this great contest and for this, I would like to thank @artist1111 sir, who organizes such a beautiful contest for us every week. Today I have come up with a wonderful, attractive popular morning food recipe, Suji. We can make semolina in different ways. If we want to make it lightly for children and if we want to make semolina for adults, then we can make it much more delicious by adding milk, raisins, and nuts as desired. Today I am sharing a suji halwaa recipe for adults. But let me present to you all how I will make it.

Cooking ingredients👇🏾

◓ Semolina
◓ Sugar
◓ Powder Milk
◓ Raisins
◓ Almonds
◓ Liquid Milk
◓ Small cardamom
◓ cinnamon
◓ bay leaf and
◓ white oil

The Process of receipe


Step 01

First, I will pour a certain amount of liquid milk into a container. Then when the milk gets a little warm, I will add sugar like a amount, where the amount of sweetness can be increased or decreased according to our own wishes, and cook the milk well.

Step 02
Then I will put a frying pan on the stove again to prepare the semolina, and there I will add small cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves, and add a little oil.

Then, when the spices are fried for some time, a sweet aroma will come out of it, I will add a sufficient amount of semolina there. Then, I will fry the semolina and spices well in oil for two to five minutes, However, here the stove hit has to be turned down a little bit to ensure that the semolina does not burn.

Step 04
After a while, I will add two to three spoons of powdered milk and mix it well with the suji. After everything is mixed, I will add the chopped almonds and raisins and I will fry it again for 2 minutes,

Serve with powdered milk and chopped almonds and raisins.

Step 05
then the semolina will be completely ready and then I will add the pre-heated liquid milk there. Then mix the milk and semolina well and cook continuously. After that, the milk and semolina are mixed well and a sticky semolina halwa will be prepared.

Liquid milk and semolina must be cooked thoroughly.

Step 06
Then remove the pan from the oven and take the semolina halwa in a bowl.

The semolina is ready.

Step 07
Then add chopped almonds and raisins on top of the semolina halwa and prepare it for serving. I took a selfie with my recipe.
