Welcome to my belog .how are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope you fine too .I am also fit and fabulous .Today here I am participating this amazing and unique contest season14 share your food diaries ,Rivews and advantages.This contest organized by @artist1111.I am very Thank ful to sir and whole steem for Pakistan community team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities.Today I am share you daily menu of the day.i hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.
Let's move towards and starts
My day starts at 6: am .I prayer fajur .then went to park on morning walk.about 1 hours I inside the park .then came back home.take some rest.then went to kitchen for preparing breakfast.firstly I made a tea then knead the dough and preparing parathas for my children .I ate in breakfast tea with biscuits .Now I was in the mood for a tea biscuit breakfast so I had biscuits with tea.children were eating tea with parathas .then children when to school .I opened steemit account and checked notifications.some I made a post.after I slept for two hours.
My servant came in my house .she was house chores in my house .when she was clean my house .only kitchen work I do my self then my elder son went to market and bring some groceries.Today I made Dal with bread .I was very tired and my health was fine from yesterday so I made dal. Dal is cooked easily and quickly.then my children came to school they ate lunch.then I prayer Zohar and take a short nap.nsp is very important for human body.
In the evening .I went to terrace .mostly I drunk tea in terrace with my children.but my son bought some packets of mango juice.so me and my children enjoying chilled mango juice .Today the weather is so pleasant.cool breezy were blowing.and I cut chat with my children.then we return back room after maghrab .
I went to kitchen after prayer of maghrab.Tiday I made chicken sandwiches it's my family favourite dish.its very delicious and easy to cook.when the sandwiches were prepared in the end I add grated cheeses.when the food is prepared we enjoyed chicken sandwiches with garlic sauce and kitchen up.
