Weekly Contest - Best Diary Game [15/02/2025] || A sit-out with my colleagues after work to celebrate my birthday

Today begins a new week, and I believe the Lord God have been good to you all. I am here to participate in this diary contest organized by our admin @hive-180106, I say a big thank you sir for always organizing it.

HOW I SPEND MY YESTERDAY

Enjoyment in a bit

I woke early from bed that yesterday and began to busy around the house doing nothing tangible until it was 6:30am before it was done on me that I have to boil rice that I will be taking to work to eat for my lunch.

So I quickly went into the kitchen and start preparing the rice without any form of delay. While the rice was on fire, rushed to the bathroom, took my bath, brushed my teeth alongside and I dressed up for work at once.

After dishing out my lunch in my food flask then I eat the remaining small portion with heat tea.

Breakfast

After I was done eating my breakfast, I picked up my work bag and off I left to work. As I got to work it was a surprise that I was the first pregnant came to work, whereas I was thinking I was late to work, but God so blessed I wasn't.

We began the business of the day, arranging the goods in the store, doing the necessary cleaning while waiting for our potential customers to start coming to patronize us.

God blessed us with few customers that morning then later on we had to go to the warehouse to bring out goods item from the store house and put a price tag on them for sales.

It was time for lunch some of my colleagues went out to eat while I was still working on tagging the price on the items, when they came back I now went to eat my lunch also.

When I returned back to the shop, it was full time work, as customers came in a large numbers to buy goods for their kids. It's Saturday that we normally make more sales, since it's a weekend and parents normally have time that day to do their activities.
When it was less and the atmosphere became calm. I brought cucumber from the house to snack, so I used that opportunity to eat my cucumber.

It was time for closing and we packed in the display goods outside and put into the store , then locked the shop and stepped outside.

I promised to take my two colleagues out for few bottles of drink and to eat suya meat. So we boarded a tricycle to the sit-out place. We ordered for the drinks we wanted, then I went to the suya spot to make choices of the suya and also make payment for it.

After paying for the suya meat, I went back to my seat and waited for the man to get it prepared and bring it to our table.

We spend quality time outside before going back to our houses, before I got home it was already dark. I thank God there was electricity in the house so I quickly brought out my church wear and ironed it because I don't trust this electricity people with their ways.

After I was done I went and took a cold bath to refreshed my body. I was not feeling hungry I think that was because of two things. First, it was because I was fulfilled inside of me for taking my colleagues out for a drink and the second reason was because I did not have any food at home to eat for the night, that was how I retired to bed after taking my shower.
