The smile is a beautiful and profound feeling that can call up a wide range of the emotions and reflections. It can be explored through the personal experiences and the cultural significance.The smile has a beautiful impact on our lives and also on the lives of other human beings who live around us.
A smile is a small action but it has significant impacts on our lives.The emotions of the smile releases a hormone in our brain which is called as the endorphins which makes us happy.When a person smile, that person not only improve his or her mood but it brings a lot of positive impacts on our health and also on people who live around us.
The action of the smile makes our relationships stronger. When a person smile at someone and then they smile back, they create a positive feedback on each other. It means that when a person smile at someone it means that we give them a chance of happiness and joy as well.Therefore in this way , the action of the smiling can enhances the live and create a sense of belonging among the people who live in the communities together.
It is very important to understand the significance of smiling from a cultural perspective. In some cultures, the smile is considered as the sign of the friendship but in other cultures the people smile only in close familiarity.
The smile create positive change not only on the mental health of the human beings but also the physical health. It can make our immune system strong. When someone is happy their bodies produce hardly any stress hormone and it can lead to improve our health.
