Beginning

Let me tell you why I uploaded this picture of school. As winter vacation start our education department decided to held induction training.

Challenges

48 days consecutive, which was very difficult to attend due to cold weather . The training center was 1 hour away from home. Starting time of the training is 8:00 am to 2:00 pm .

Big relief

We decided to submit a complaints against the test center . After a lot of struggle, the department finally decided to change the center for 22 teachers. That was a big relief for all teachers. Our training started from 20 Jan 2025 and will end on 15 Feb 2025. Old center name was GHS jawkhela Buner .
In this school we regularly attend all training classes . There was 4 books we have to covered. 1. Psychology 2. Curriculum 3. Class management 4. ICT

What we learnt

Our trainer were very talented and punctual. They covered all the three books effectively in a short period of time. We learnt a lot of new concept. How to handle and train the kids in a difficult situation. Make them how to take decision in challenging situation. How they will work for the development of the century economically as well as morally.

Practical uses

In class management section we performed different projects. The group discussion, maping , drawing techniques. These experiment will help us in our teaching period.

End is always Joyable

Now we have decided that tomorrow will be the last day of our training, we will arrange a party in a hilly side. I will share all the event next time.
