Chinese recipes have their trend in Pakistan. Different Chinese foods are enjoyed in each region, each with its taste. In this regard, there are some such foods in our area as well, which I will now explain below, and apart from that, I will share the recipe that I like the most.


I have tried many Chinese food, I have made it myself many times and we have enjoyed it from the market many times. Here in our area, most of the Chinese foods are chicken wings, which are available at every other hotel and they are very popular with us. People eat them with great enthusiasm. I have also eaten them many times.
Apart from this, noodles, fried rice, chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice, etc. are also available in our local market, which are very cheap and delicious.


Chinese Fried Rice
As a Chinese recipe, I am going to present Chinese fried rice. I will tell you its step-by-step procedure. Before that, we will look at its ingredients to see which ingredients will be used in our recipe.

Procedure 01

The first step in preparing it is to boil the rice. To boil the rice, we have to pour water into our pot on the stove add the rice in it, and boil it well. After boiling it well, we have to separate the water with the help of a sieve. In this way, we will be left with clean rice.
It has another great advantage that in this way, fats etc. all come out of it. It is also good for people with heart disease. They can also eat it. It is beneficial for them too.

Procedure 02

While our rice is boiling, we need to chop all our vegetables into small pieces, including carrots, capsicum, cabbage, peas, green chillies, ginger and garlic, etc.
We have to cut the carrots, capsicum, and cabbage into small pieces. There is no need to cut the peas. We have to make a paste of the ginger and garlic. We also have to cut the green chilies into thin lengths, just like the capsicum.
Also, if you want to boil the meat, boil it first, otherwise we will just fry it.

Procedure 03

Our next procedure is that we have to take a vessel, put oil in it, and after adding oil, heat it, after heating, add ginger and garlic paste to it and stir it well, and later add carrot and peas in it and stir it well.
After stirring them well, add a little water so that we can steam it. Steam it for about 15 minutes so that it becomes soft in a good way.
The purpose of steaming them is to soften them and make them a good way to prevent them from being too hard when we add them to the rice.

Procedure 04

Our next step is that we have to pour oil into a pan, in which we have to add the meat. You can add this meat raw or you can boil it separately and add it. I have boiled it lightly here. After boiling, add it in and add black pepper and red pepper along with it and mix them well.

Now we have to add the capsicum and green chillies which we have cut lengthwise. After adding these, we have to add the cabbage which we have already cut, and mix them both well. We have to fry all these things.

Now we have to open the peas and carrots that we have separately stemmed and check that they have softened well. If they have softened, then we have to add them to the mixture. Apart from that, I had forgotten to add salt earlier. Now I have added salt to it as well. After adding salt, I stirred them well. Let's say that this will be prepared as a curry.

Procedure 05

We have to combine three types of sauces, one is chili sauce, one is vinegar sauce, and one is soy sauce. We have to combine two tablespoons of each of these three, add four tablespoons of water to it, and mix them well.

Procedure 06

Now this is our final step. In this step, we have to take a separate vessel. First, we have to put some boiled rice in it. Then, we have to put the fried ingredients on top of it. Then, we have to put rice on top of it again. Then, we have to put all the fried ingredients in it. In this way, we have to make their layers.

When all our layers are complete, then on top of it we have to pour the sauces that we have collected and made into a liquid. We don't put too many spices in it, which is why we use these sauces to create a good flavor.

After collecting all the ingredients, we now have to steam it for about 20 minutes. We have to cover it well from above so that the gas does not escape from inside. After 20 minutes, when we open it, our Chinese rice will be ready.

Finally

After completing all our activities, we finally have Chinese rice ready, which is very delicious, looks beautiful to look at, and taste is also very good.

Many Chinese recipes are made in our house but the easiest and most favorite of all is my family's recipe for noodles. We prepare it in different ways, sometimes we make it dry, and sometimes we make it water-based, thus it is prepared using different spices.
Sometimes it happens that our mother is not at home, who arranges food for us, so at that time, usually the men have to work, so I am fond of Chinese things anyway, so when my mother is not at home, I prepare these noodles myself, bring them from the market, prepare them at home and also feed them to my siblings. In this way, we share our love for Chinese recipes in our homes.


I did not face any difficulty while preparing this recipe because it was very easy to prepare. We prepare it with great ease. By the way, if we want to make biryani, then its procedure is different, which presents us with a little difficulty, but here we prepare the things separately and prepare them with great ease, so I did not face any difficulty in this task.
Yes, of course, I enjoyed preparing it a lot, and, thank God, I made it very tasty. The whole family was very happy after trying this recipe.
Whenever I encounter any difficulty, I turn to YouTube. Different recipes are shared there. If I want to make something in a new way, I take inspiration from there and then prepare it in my way. This way, the thing becomes very delicious.
