A Day at Lahore Wildlife Park: My Encounter with Nature and Wildlife

Lahore Wildlife Safari, a beautiful and amazing place for nature and wildlife lovers. This is because, if you want to see different animals, birds and nature, you just have to visit the Safari Park Lahore as all these things are available on a single place. Also, that Park offers a variety of leisure time activities which can be performed there like, walking, spending time in nature and many more.

As in the previous articles, I have mentioned that I have spent a lot of quality time in Lahore with my friends in visiting different beautiful place in that city. The Safari Park is one of them which I have visited last year. That place is truly a hidden gem present in that city as it offers a variety of entertainment, a glimpse of wildlife and nature as well.

On that day, we reached inside the park in the afternoon and then we parked our bike on stand and centered the ticket house. This is because, the park was divided into different portions where the animals was kept and you have to pay for each section which you want to explore. But we bought the tickets of the main entrance and then entered the park.

After entering the park, we saw its area was very vast and a large number of people were wandering hare and there exploring the park and the wildlife. That amount of people and children was telling that the park is very amazing and a perfect place for the people of all ages especially the nature and wildlife lovers. When we entered, we saw the map of that Park on a board which you can see below.

That map was very useful to locate the exact place which you want to explore as above you can see the places are marked along with the description of animals and birds present at those locations. So after seeing that map, you just have to decide what you want to explore, follow the directions and then you will be there at right place after a while.

After seeing the map, we decided to visit the place in park where the birds are kept. Yes, it was a big cage with a door to enter and there wasn't any ticket to explore the birds. In that cage, there was peacocks of different, ducks, sparrows and roasters etc which you can see in above pictures. They all were very beautiful and eye-catching.

After that, we moved into another place where the Deer and the Markhor were present. It was a huge mountain like structure where these animals are kept. Here one interesting thing I want to tell you that the Markhor is the national animal of Pakistan lives on the mountains and in the caves as well. But in that Park, it was kept in the place which you can see above.

Lion safari is a place where the lion and lioness are kept and we decided to explore that place and see the lions but unfortunately, the door of that place was closed due to unknown reasons. I tried my best to see and capture the picture of lion but I remain unable to get a glimpse of it because, the lion was sitting on the other side of the cage.

Deer Safari, was another place where the Deer of different types were kept. They were also kept in a huge cage with closed doors to avoid any type of danger and other things related to it. But through that cage, we can take a clear glimpse of deer and can easily see what they are doing here. These things you can see in above pictures.

On the other side of Deer Safari, there was a cage of African safari where the ostrichs of African breed were kept. They had a long neck, long legs and a huge belly which was defining their beauty. They were very naughty and eating chips and other foods from the visitors.

_{Aquarium Safari}

Aquarium safari was a place where the sea animals like fishes, turtles, star fish and the other animals were kept. We left that place unexplored because the ticket to enter in the aquarium was about 500 RS and 13 Steem per person which was a huge amount for us.

Besides them, there was many other beautiful places in that Park, in the above pictures, the fun Dunya place for children where they can drive small cars which you can see in the above pictures. In general, it had a wonderful experience of visiting the Safari Park despite we left many things unseen. Because the park is very vast we were tired of too much walking here.
