Friends, today all of you are very welcome in this post of mine. Hope you all will be healthy and safe. Today I have brought my recipe in this competition. You all know that I like to cook and the month of Ramadan is going on. So I make some things daily at my house. Out of this, I am sharing a recipe in front of you today. I would like to thanks @ngenyi for organizing this competition. Today I have brought in front of you chicken stick Fry recipe. It looks very tasty to eat. It is a recipe prepared from some tasty spices using chicken and vegetable. It is very easy to make. So start without wasting more time.

Chicken sticks fray Recipe

Ginger - Garlic Paste | 2 tsp |
chaat masala | 2 tsp |
Tikka booti masala | 1 packet |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Capsicum | 1 |
Fine flour | 2 tsp |
Corn Flour Powder | 3 tsp |
Lemon | 1 |
Soy sauce | 2 tsp |
Sejwan Chutney | 2 tsp |
chili powder | 2 tsp |
Coriander powder | 3 tsp |
Spices | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Oil | as needed |
Water | as needed |
Silli | as needed |
STEP - 1
First of all, we have to wash the chicken thoroughly with water. After that we have to remove all the water from the chicken. When the water comes out, we have to add ginger -garlic paste. Then we have to add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and masala.
STEP - 2
Now we have to add chaat masala and tikka booti masala. Putting this taste is good. After that we have to mix all the ingredients well by adding lemon juice, soy sauce and Sejwan chutney.
STEP - 3
Now we have to wash onion, tomato and capsicum with water and cut it in this way. Then we have to put maida and corn flour.
STEP - 4
Now we have put all the ingredients, then it has to be mixed well. If we want a better taste, then it is to marinate the chicken for one hour. Then we have to take Silli. In it, we have to put chicken then onion and then put chicken capsicum and chicken and tomatoes in the stall. You can prepare it according to your own. After preparing this way, we have to heat oil in a pan.
STEP - 5
After that, when the oil is hot, we have to fry chicken sticks. We have to fry well. So in this way we have to prepare chicken stick fry. I finish this recipe on this. Hope you like my recipe. Then you will meet thanks with new energy with a new recipe.
