I am @m-princess from Pakistan. How is everyone doing? I hope well. Today I am here with one of my favorite recipe wich name is "Chicken Peas Biryani". I like this recipe very much. I love to eat this recipe so I decided to share with you. I am sure this recipe will bring water in your mouth. I cook it in cultural way. I make this recipe on wood fire instead of using gas stove. So friends I start today's recipe.

I used following ingredients for cooking my favorite recipe:
- Onion 2 medium size
- Tomato 1 large size
- Green Chilli 100g
- Garlic paste 2 table spoon
- Peas 1 small bowl
- Chicken (leg piece) 1.5 Kg
- Chilli Flakes 2 table spoon
- Biryani Masala 50g
- Rice 1.5 Kg
- Salt 4 table spoon
- Banaspati 300g
- Cumin 1 table spoon.
I love to share my recipe step by step.

I am ready to cook my recipe. First of all I make fire with woods In brick stove. I took oil and pour it in the Karahi. When oil became hot I put onion pieces into it. I mix it about 2 minutes and then add garlic paste into it and fried it for 3 minutes. I waited till onion become light brown.

In the second step I put chicken (leg piece) into it and mix. I fried to chicken for 5 minutes and it's colour became change to ash white. The smell increase my hunger. I was very impatient to taste it. I do this in the second step to cook Chicken Peas Biryani.

When chicken became fried I put the peas in the chicken masala. I fried peas for 2 minutes. After doing this I put chopped green chili into it. I put salt, chilli flakes into at same time. I also put biryani Masala in this and fry it about 2 minutes to make it more tasty.

All the spices should be fried peas and chicken. I had a bowl of rice,so I poured tow bowls of water into it. Then I wait for 10 minutes. In this time I washed the rice.Now water started boiling and I put the rice in it.

After putting rice, I let it free to cook for about ten minutes. After ten minutes water evaporation started , the water dried up. Now it is ready for Dum.
Then I placed lid on the karahi and left it for 20 minutes. After twenty minutes my favourite recipe is ready.

I am very excited to taste my favorite recipe. It's smell, Subhaan Allah increasing my hunger. When I taste it, I was amazed to eat it's first spoon. Ummmmm😋. It's taste is superb! I can't tell you in words my feelings. In short words this has amazing taste. Wao! I am quite sure you will understand my feelings.
