Of course, I want a better life; to whom doesn't want? However, the issue is that do we all have it? This better life meaning differs from person to person. For me, the idea of a better life is not about a huge car or house. However, everything that brings me comfort and pleasure in my everyday life contributes to a better life.

First, let us talk about comfort food. Imagine this: a heavy rainy day, you are covered in your favorite blanket, and you are holding a hot cup of coffee. The first sip is like a warm hug from within. Ah, the feelings?

Consider a relaxing Sunday with no alarm to wake you up, no rush, and you wake up naturally to the sound of birds chirping outside your window. Take time to get down from the bed, and then arrange a cup of coffee or tea. You sit by the window, still with your nightdress, sipping your coffee slowly, watching the world wake up. How do you feel, if time has slowed down just for you?

Consider laughter. I mean a huge laugh that makes your stomach hurt and your eyes water. It may be meeting an old friend, sharing funny stories, and recalling the good old days. You know laughter is the best medicine. That's true! It brightens our life even on the darkest days.

A better life, on the other hand, is peace of mind. Imagine a life where stress is an occasional visitor, not a permanent resident. when you face them, you handle challenges with a calm mind, knowing that those are not permanent. It’s like having an inner instructor who whispers, “Breathe, it’s all going to be okay,” whenever life gets a little too difficult.

Is that all? For me, a better life also means having a clear purpose. It wakes us up every day and shows us the path to goals. Having a goal, whether professional, personal, or hobbies, gives your life purpose. It’s like the secret ingredient that makes everything else taste better.

What about enjoying nature, going to a beach, hiking with friends or family, and spending a wonderful time with lush green all will fill your heart with happiness and comfort.

Finally, love is there. Love can be considered as the foundation of a better life. Love is something you give and receive. Hence, you can find cozy and enjoyable life wherever love is spreading.
