Cooking beef in a saucepan. My review and experience.

in Steem For Bangladesh5 days ago

Hello dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of God. Today I am here to share with you the cooking arrangements at our house. Although I didn't do the cooking myself, I actively participated. I collaborated from the beginning to the end of the cooking. My uncle contributed the most to the completion of this recipe. How it was cooked will be discussed in this post. Let's get started.

Below is a list of all the ingredients needed to complete this recipe. Since this is a beef recipe. So the ingredients for cooking meat were present here. See the ingredients mentioned below.

  • 45 kg of beef.

  • Ginger

  • Cumin

  • Garlic

  • Cinnamon

  • Cardamom

  • Onion

  • Green pepper

  • Hot spices

  • Bay leaf

  • Turmeric, chili powder

  • Required salt

  • Moderate water.

Below I have captured several images of the required materials. Enjoy the pictures.

Before cooking the meat, the necessary ingredients had to be gathered. The ingredients used to cook meat here were onions, garlic, and chili peppers. The aforementioned ingredients had to be processed beforehand. That means peeling the onion, peeling the garlic cloves, and removing the chili pods. These tasks had been done in advance. The mentioned tasks were done by my mother and aunts at home. Then the cooking process began. Most of the spices were taken to the pot before starting the cooking process. Because not pasting them can disrupt the cooking process.

1000006453.jpgGinger, cumin, and cinnamon were ground into a paste using a blender.

At the same time, the garlic and onion were blended together. The blended onion and garlic were placed in a separate large bowl. Anyway, now we had all the ingredients for cooking at our fingertips. We want to start cooking. Some chopped onions and peppers were needed to start cooking. Enough onions were chopped and green chilies were chopped. These were placed in a large saucepan. After the saucepan was heated, a generous amount of soybean oil was added. Three liters of soybean oil were poured here at once. Soybean oil and other ingredients were mixed together. The chopped onion and bay leaves immersed in oil were roasted for about fifteen to twenty minutes. Then some cardamom and cinnamon were added to it.

After adding the necessary spices, some other ingredients were mixed. Now add the blended spices to the saucepan. After adding the blended spices to the saucepan, its color was quite appealing. I was very busy at the time. I forgot to take a picture while cooking. Anyway, I'm moving forward with the process.

The meat was placed in a colander with a strainer before being placed in the saucepan. The blood that had drained from the meat was washed and the water was extracted from it. Now they were ready to be put in the saucepan. The washed meat was poured into a saucepan. Then, they had to heat the clay stove for a long time.

It took about two and a half hours to complete the cooking of the meat. I used a large saucepan and spoon to cook the meat. The meat is now simmering in the saucepan. My uncle still continued to stir the meat at a steady pace. It was very important to stir the meat at this time. Otherwise, there was a chance that the meat would stick to the bottom of the saucepan. Anyway, the cooking process was almost over.

After a long period of heat from the fire, the cooking process was completed. My uncle has made the biggest contribution to cooking. I admire his cooking because he is very good at it.
Thank you very much for reading my post. May everyone be well and healthy always, by the grace of God. I end here by wishing everyone a long life.

Hello brother, how are you? Thank you very much for sharing such a beautiful post with us. I like it the most that you helped with the cooking yourself and were there for the entire cooking until the end of the night and you have beautifully arranged the cooking ingredients from the beginning to the end and posted them, which is really commendable. And I wish your uncle all the best for such a beautiful cooking. Stay well.

Bendiciones
