Welcome 🤗 to my post guys. I am glad to be here in this community to share my ten minute recipe. I am grateful to @ripon0630 sir who gave this opportunity. By the way , I hope you are all doing well by the blessings of Allah Almighty. I am also good , Alhamdulillah. I made the sesame brittle. In my area it is known as "gachak". Let's start the ten minute recipe.
Ingredients Required: |

- Puffed rice (bhuny chawal)
- Almonds
- Raisins (sogi)
- Jaggery (gur)
- Yellow Grams (peely chane )
- Ghee (Desi ghee)
- Peanuts
Preparation Method :
- In the beginning , I put the pan on fire. I add ghee in it. I add almost three to five table spoon 🥄of Desi ghee. I add jaggery in it. I added it and started mixed it. I cooked it untill the jaggery becomes melt. I cooked it untill it becomes a chaas. It becomes chaas in three minutes on medium flame 🔥.You can see the chaas in the picture given below.
- Then , I add the mentioned ingredients in it. I add all the ingredients in it and started mixing it. I turned off the flame 🔥. I mixed it very well.
- I mixed it untill it becomes mixed with chaas. I cooked it untill , it was fully mixed with jaggery broth. I mixed it untill it becomes in the form of gachak.
- Then I add it in a beautiful plate. I add it in three sections. It is very delicious and yummy 😋 in taste.

- No , there is no tip for making it more flavorful. Because, I already add Desi ghee , jaggery and other delicious fully ingredients in it. All these ingredients are extremely good in taste. I add all the necessary ingredients in it that's why in my opinion there is no need for tips for making it more flavour.

- No , this is not for one person. The ingredients which I added in it are not for one person. We are four family members. I add the sesame brittle in that plate just for making the picture to share with you. Actually, I added it in a bowl 🥣. We will eat it whenever we want to eat. It is not for one day. I kept it in a bowl and we ate it for almost one week.
✅ Is this dish healthy? Will it cause any problems in digestion? |

- Obviously, it is good for health. I added puffed rice and jaggery in it which is good for digestion and relives constipation. Jaggery is not for the diabetic patients. This gachak is also good for our skin. It is a good source of proteins. It has important nutrients which fights with the bad germs and infections. The nutrients help the immune system to work properly.
