Assalamu Alaikum. How are you? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. I am well, Alhamdulillah.I am very excited to participate. Today I am going to participate Week5: My Unique Recipe .Many thanks to @ solaymann for organizing such a beautiful contest.I love this contest very much.
Winter means a combination of different types of vegetables. Whatever is cooked with winter vegetables is very delicious. Panchmishali vegetables with winter vegetables, fish soup with vegetables, vegetable pulao and various types of stuffing are all very delicious to eat. One of my favorite foods is vegetable roll. Vegetable roll is an ideal food for children who do not want to eat vegetables. Children enjoy this roll with great interest. Today I will share the recipe for vegetable roll in a very easy way. Different vegetables can be used to make this vegetable roll. Everyone can use vegetables according to their own preferences.
It took me about approx 45 minutes complete this recipe. So let's start cooking.
For chicken marination

Coriander powder | 1tsp |
Ginger paste | 1 tbsp |
Garlic paste | 1 tbsp |

First, I will make a batter by mixing flour, an egg, salt, and enough water. I will use this batter to make sheets for vegetable rolls. I will set the batter aside.

I washed the boneless chicken well and cut it into cubes. Today I took beans, carrots and peas to make vegetable rolls. I washed the vegetables well and cut them into tubes. I chopped the onion as much as I could.

Once the vegetables are chopped, I will put a pan on the stove and heat the oil. When the oil is hot, I lightly fry all the vegetables in the oil together. When the vegetables are fried, I will put them on a plate.

In the same pan, I lightly fried the onion. When the onion is lightly fried, I added chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt as required.then I add garlic and ginger paste. To prevent the spices from burning, I mixed them with a little water so that the spices stay well mixed.

After mixing the spices well, I added the pre-cut chicken. I ground the chicken and spices well. When the chicken is ground well, I added the fried vegetables. I added a little water to cook the chicken and vegetables and closed the lid. After that, when the chicken and vegetables are cooked, the filling is ready for the roll.

I put a tawa on the stove and heated it. When the tawa was hot, I took the batter from the batter I had prepared earlier and spread it on the tawa using a large spoon. In this way, I made the vegetable roll sheets as per my requirement.

Once the sheet was ready, I placed the filling on the sheet and folded it neatly from both sides to give it the shape of a roll. At this stage, you need to take some time to make the rolls in the right shape.

Once the rolls are ready, the chicken rolls can be eaten at this stage or deep-fried. To fry the rolls, I first dip them in egg, roll them in biscuit crumbs, and fry them in hot oil. Then the delicious chicken rolls are ready.
The chicken vegetable rolls were very tasty. The top layer of the rolls was crispy and the inside was juicy. If I had eaten these rolls raw instead of deep frying them, they would have been much healthier. My two sons love to eat the rolls. The chicken rolls can be made and stored in the deep freezer for about a month.
