Below are the answers and solutions to each task.

TASK NO-01

Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?

Yes i have tried many pakistani food in Bangladesh. Our culture, clothing and food of Bangladesh have a lot in common with Pakistan. And that's why we are used to Pakistani food. For example, Pakistani food Haleem, Biriyani, Kabab, Tikka, Naan and Lassi are sometimes eaten by me. These foods are also very popular in our Bangladesh. Among Pakistani food, beef tehari is the most eaten. But a few days ago I went to a Peshwarain restaurant in Bangladesh . There I ate Bakhri ka nihari, Murgh makkhanwala, Nan and Malai lassi. It was very delicious.

In our Dhaka city, the most available Beef Tehari or Biriyani is. This Biriyani is very popular in every hotel. But these days, Pakistani food is available in most of the restaurants. For example:-Nihari, Kofta, Kabab, Qeema, Korma etc. Traditional desserts include Gulab jamun, Shahi tukray, Qulfi or Ras malai etc. Finally, Pakistani food has many similarities with Bangladeshi food. So we can find Pakistani food in most of the restaurants here.

Cooking Instructions

I have finished gathering all the ingredients needed to cook my chicken karhai. Now I will start the main cooking.
Step:-01

First I washed the chicken thoroughly. Then I drained the chicken completely and dried it. Then I mixed one tablespoon of turmeric powder in the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Step:-02

Take the required amount of oil in a karhai. When the oil got hot, I added the chicken marinated with turmeric and lightly fried the meat. When the meat turned light brown, I added the green chilies. I fried it for another 1-2 minutes along with the green chilies.

Step:-05

When the cooking was almost over, I mixed the sour yogurt well into the chicken and covered it with a lid. I finished cooking by keeping the stove on low for 5 minutes and after cooking, I sprinkled raw coriander leaves, julienne cut ginger and julienne vut green chillies on top.

TASK NO-03

Is your local cuisine any food that resembles the shared recipe?

To be honest, such chicken karai recipe is also cooked in our Bangladesh. But at the end of cooking, Julianne ginger and coriander leaves are not cut like this and given. And chicken recipe is a common recipe all over the world. But the chicken cooking recipes of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are very similar. But the spices vary from place to place. So I want to say that the chicken karai recipe you gave is exactly the same as the chicken cooking recipe in our country Bangladesh. But here we call this recipe as Murgi Bhuna or Murgi Kasha. Although the name of the cooking recipe is different, the cooking method is the same.

TASK NO-04

Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine?

I have already said that the cooking style of my country of Bangladesh and Pakistan is very similar. So we also use the same spices that Pakistanis use in cooking. Especially in any meat cooking, spices like Cumin, Coriander, Garam masala powder, turmeric and chili powder, bay leaves, black pepper, nutmeg and star masala etc enhance the taste of the cooking. Adding Pakistani garam masala to beef or chicken cooking doubles the taste of the cooking. I like these garam masalas the most among Pakistani spices Black pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Cumin, Aniseed, Cinnamon and more.

END

Last week I cooked Chinese cuisine. And this week Pakistan's cuisine. And in this way, I will learn to cook cuisines of different countries through your global cuisine training.

I invited 03 friends :- @azad45 @saifuddinmahmud @sheikhtuhin
