The Dairy Game|| 16-02-2025|| Going from Dhaka to Brahmanbaria to take the postgraduate exam.
Assalamu Alaikum everyone
I'm @akbarmia, from #bangladesh.
Today is the last exam of my formal education. My exam centre is Brahmanbaria, so I woke up at 6 am to leave Dhaka. I woke up fresh and got ready with the necessary things. I will go to Brahmanbaria from Kamalapur Railway Station by the morning train, whose schedule is at 7:45 am. So I left home at 6:45 am and boarded a bus to Kamalapur Railway Station. I reached Kamalapur Railway Station in about 30 minutes. The best thing is that there are no traffic jams in Dhaka city this morning, so you can go from one destination to another in a relaxed manner.
I knew the exam schedule in advance, so I booked the train tickets online in advance. We entered the railway station and looked at the announcement board. Then I saw that the scheduled train I had booked was at platform number 3. Then I went to platform number 3 to board the morning metropolitan train and found my booked seat. I was sitting on the train waiting for the journey, but today, too, the morning metropolitan train started its journey from Dhaka with a delay of 30 minutes.
Then the train rushed towards its destination at its own speed. Sitting by the window during any journey has become a habit for me. Because I love to enjoy the surrounding nature while travelling. Anyway, I entered Brahmanbaria around 11 am. As soon as I entered Brahmanbaria, a different kind of love was working for my beloved homeland. My exam was at 1 pm, so I went to a restaurant to freshen up and finish my lunch and drinks before noon. Then I left my mobile at my friend's shop and entered the exam hall. Because no kind of electrical device is allowed in the exam centre.
The exam ended four hours later at 5 pm. Today was the last exam of our formal education. So I chatted with everyone for a while and my two friends also went to Brahmanbaria railway station to return to Dhaka. At 6 pm, the Jayantika Express train that left Sylhet entered Brahmanbaria. Then we boarded the train. I spent some time with my friends and took photos as souvenirs on the train. Anyway, around 8 pm, I reached Dhaka Kamalapur railway station.
From Kamalapur railway station, I was heading towards Narayanganj, where I saw that the Narayanganj Express train would leave Kamalapur in a few minutes. So that was a golden opportunity for me because if I took that train, I would reach my home in a very short time and I would not have to suffer from the fatigue of the traffic jam. I reached home at around 9 pm. Then I took a bath, freshened up and had dinner. I had fried eggs from a restaurant below my house.
I will miss this day a lot because my life will end today through exams and I will miss my friends a lot. I was very tired from the long journey to and from Dhaka, so I went to sleep without delay.
