A 10 Minute Dish | Season 22Chickpea Boots Fried

Assalamu Alaikum how are you all Alhamdulillah I am fine and healthy. Everyone will claim to be healthy by fasting in the month of Ramadan. Anyway, my favorite month of Ramadan. I feel very happy to fast during the month of Ramadan. Moreover, we prepare different types of food during the month of Ramadan. Among them the food is good and preferred by me. So we use this dish every year with mudri during Iftar. Big thanks to @ripon0630 brother for organizing the 10 minute cooking contest. So let's start with my ten minute meal recipe today. Today's recipe is Chhola Vaji.

Below is how I made the recipe and what I needed to make the recipe.

  • First step: I boiled the chickpeas well for two to three minutes. With potatos

  • Step 2: Then I peeled the potatoes. And washed the chickpeas with clean water very quickly.

  • Step 3 : Then I finely chopped the green chillies and onions. And put the pan. in the oven

  • 4th step: Then I put enough oil in the pan and then I leave the green chillies and chopped onions there. I fried it in red color well.

  • Fifth step: Then I leave the chickpea boots. Then I shook it. And gave the boiled potatoes.

  • Step 6: Then I added a light amount of water and waited for two minutes. Then I took it off the stove.

Although I cooked in my clay oven. So it took me 10 minutes. But if you cook with gas it will take less than ten minutes. Anyway I finished the recipe completely and share it with you.

I have more tips to make the 10 minute dish even tastier. This dish is very tasty and fun. We all generally know that this food is organized in almost every house in the month of Ramadan. People have many experiences towards food. And people know how to make it. However, I made my best meal. I like chickpeas very much and I like it even more when it is rubbed with mudri. So we used three vegetables to serve the dish. They are cucumber carrot tomato. Making salat by adjusting them with this food takes more tests. So we can use various tips to make our food delicious during Ramadan.

✅ Is the meal for one or more people?

This food is not for one. The month of Ramadan Almost everyone likes to fast during the month of Ramadan. But my mother-in-law is very sick so she broke the fast. And my two younger children were not old enough to fast so they did not fast. Anger I am fasting alone in my house. This meal was shared by my children just before Iftar. And enjoyed my mother-in-law's food. Also, I love to share food with everyone. So I love any food I share with my family. So the meal I prepared today is for my family and myself.

✅this food healthy? Will there be any problems with digestion?

Of course this food is healthy. That's because we enjoy the food constantly in the month of Ramadan. After eating this food, I don't have any digestive problems but I always want to eat food. Moreover, this food is healthy. Chickpeas contain a lot of vitamins. Chickpeas are as nutritious as eaten raw. Even if it is cooked and consumed, a lot of nutrients are available. Eating chickpea boots improves digestion. Eating chickpea boots regularly keeps the heart healthy. Maintains cholesterol levels. Protein enables maintaining a good source of iron. So our regular Chhola Boots contribution is a little higher.
So now I will say chola boot is a healthy food and there will be no problem in digestion and we will be completely healthy. We need to enjoy this food regularly.

I want to share this food with my whole family. If the number of people in my family is very less. My two daughters and my mother-in-law. Prefer to share food with mother-in-law and children. If my elder daughter Mishkat Mehreen prepares to eat before the girl finishes cooking the food. I always like this stuff. When demanding food from his mother. And the girl is always enthusiastic about food. So I made the food today and I shared it with my mother in law and my two children. It is more fun to eat iftar together at the time of iftar. So my children were connected to food from before the doctor and till iftar. So friends I will tell here that I have arranged for my family. So this was mine
