Today, I will share some moments of my enjoyment by participating in a beautiful competition, I hope everyone will like it. A few days ago, I went to the historical place Sonargaon Panam city with 2 Steemian friends for the archaeological monuments of our country. There, 3 of us bought tickets and entered, the name of this place is Panam city and these buildings are about 400 years old, big businessmen used to live in this place.

People from different countries used to stay in this place for business, this Panam city is a ruthless witness to the indigo cultivation of the East India Company. However, a few days later, during the reign of Ishakha, this capital was named Sonargaon by his wife, and it became the first capital of Bengal.

It is now one of the historical places in our country, the houses. World Monument Fund published Panam city in the list of 100 historical structures in ruins in the world in 2006.

As soon as we entered there, we saw narrow streets and rows of old buildings which, from the outside, can be understood as the homes of wealthy people. The windows have iron grills and are ventilated to let air in. Along with these urban buildings, there are mosques, temples, churches, monasteries, baths, dance halls, taverns, art galleries, treasury, courtrooms, secret passages, courts, and old museums. Which are no longer suitable for use. Some of the buildings are in great danger and need to be renovated, but, surprisingly, many buildings are still standing without renovation.

Entering the Sonargaon Museum, we saw things used by some kings or wealthy people of the past, these are just memories for us. There we could see the world-famous Nakshi Kantha of Bengal. This was the glorious fabric of our native Bengal.

There is a fair nearby, where you can find all the items used in our Bengali culture in several shops. Now, in the modern era, these are no longer used. Most of the items used there were made of bamboo or straw.

Bamboo was used to make various kinds of baskets, bags, etc., but due to the use of modern items, according to science, the use of steel or iron is now the cause of many diseases, and from that point of view, everything made of bamboo and straw in Bengal is being used as before.

The moments of joy that day were like golden moments. Because I couldn't understand such a beautiful scene without coming here. However, I learned and found out a lot by traveling with the Stimian brothers, and seeing and knowing something new is more than just a joy in itself.

I would like to invite my friends @mthaib @muksa and @yaumilahya to take part in the contest.

Best Regards, @sojib1996

Yes, but it is really surprising that these buildings are 400 years old, not just my grandfather's, usually 3 men are considered to be 100 years old, in this case 12 men ago. 😄
At that time, our region or neighboring countries like India, Pakistan, Afghanistan were all together as one country.
