SteemX Development Update - User Subscribed Communities Page.

Hello everyone!

I am back with another exciting development update. As part of the ongoing development, today we have completed the subscribed communities tab with a detail view. I am excited to share this development with you guys. This page is a dedicated view of all the communities that a user have subscribed to, organized with details and useful information.

Some features that are included in this page.

• User Roles : Displays the user role in each community (Admin, Guest, Founder, etc.).
• Community Metadata : Includes the community name, community tag, creation date, total subscribers, and rewards distributed.
• Community profile picture : Add the feature to show the community account profile pictures.
• Rank wise sorting : Communities are now displayed in order of their rank.

Development Challenges
A few key challenges faced during development:

• Handling async role fetching from separate endpoints
• Ensuring UI responsiveness on various screen sizes
• Managing image loading errors gracefully
• Optimizing rank sorting without re-rendering issues
