My Daily menu Delicacies
Hello friends and family members on this amazing platform.Once more welcome to my blog as I share with you people some of my daily delicacies menu of the day .Each and everyone will always prefer on what to eat depending on the menu’s plan for the day . I will share with you people some my daily menus of the day which is separates in to three square meal .Breakfast ,lunch and dinner.
Breakfast which is pawpaw fruit ,Lunch which is chewables made of fried chicken, scotch egg and fried fish roll with an apple fruit for easy digestion. All these food listed consume during the day is because of it nutritional value. Such as pawpaw fruits contain vitamin C,Magnesium and a high concentration of potassium .
In the morning at times I concentrate taking more of fruits as my breakfast.Which help to sustain my body during early morning time .Also, it ease easy digestion during throughout the day as you consume other meal .Fruits makes you to remain more energetic, healthy and fresh . Pawpaw fruit I take as my breakfast.
During the afternoon periods at times I decide to take a heavy lunch .This helps to sustain me during the afternoon period .I don’t eat any kind of foods because I want to eat .I make sure as if am eating fried chewable like fried chicken, fish roll.I take fruit such as apple fruit .This is to have a good combination of balanced diet .
My evening meal which is considered as dinner .At times I prepare to take a cooked meal after, a hectic day at work .I love a lot foods but I decided to prepare footcow pepper soup with boiled potatoes for my dinner .

I enjoyed abit everything about my daily delicacies menu’s for the day .I think what will should consume as meal should for the day .Either two to three square for the day .Should be a good combination of what the body needs and not the taste .A lot of people focuses on the taste and forget it nutritional value .
We should always cultivate to the habit to eat what the body requires and not what we want . I have come to the of presentation about my daily delicacies menu of the day .Taken three times a day Breakfast,lunch and dinner . I hope we all developed a habit of consuming what the body needs and not what we need.This helps the body to stay strong and healthy .
