25/10/2021 The Dairy Game
Hello,
It was another beautiful day in Bamenda today was exceptionally quiet onlike others days.. well for obvious reasons "Ghost town"
I wokeup up, brushed and freshened up change to my sports wear and hit the road..today marked 10 days since we started endurance run.. so far so good.. I still have the same motivation.
We ran up the hill and down.. all the way to the gym, my coach had changed his gym late last week.. not having who to coordinate workout was utterly frustrating, we did abs . And that was all for the day..
I had that feeling of dissatisfaction in me as I left for my house .😢
I came back home took a bath.. and spent the rest of the evening just chilling
Food was taking forever I had to appease my hungry stomach with garri while I wait..
An hour later achu was ready
Sample the achu.. after and hour I drank a bottle of water.. my network was so bad I just decided to go to bed .
