23/10/2021 The Dairy Game
Hello,
On Saturdays we do outdoor not that I wasn't already doing outdoor but this is more intense it's basically a 10km run.. 11km considering my house to the starting point.
With the boys we do it in 1hours max.. but 😒 it's girls am running with.. foreseeing hours on the way.
We started at 6:00 on the dot.. and finished the run at 8:30 that's like extra 1:30 min on the way 🧘 but it was good am learning to encourage others.. this staying almost made sense to me..
"If you run you'll go faster but if you walk you'll go further" , I was literally applying it to sports
🌫️☁️ Rain caught up to us half way through we ran the rest of the way in the rain.. it was fun..😁😁 been forever since I ran in the rain
After the run.m we hit the gym for abs after and..
Later we went for fruits..
Got my fruits to go feat home.. I got melons, pineapple, pawpaw and lemon.. 😁😁 with Accra beans of course..
It was freaking cold on my way back home so cold my fingers turned white..
Got home, took a bath and went to bed.. when the rain was over my junior brother prepared rice.. and neighbors brought spaghetti and another brought fufu and okra..
🤗😌😌 Apparently celebrity wasn't well..I ate everything.. 🤣😂 am not the type person who loses appittide when they not sound
I kept spaghetti for last..
After eating this well I ought to have a Good night's rest..
After eating I took my drugs.m and spent the rest of the day with a friend who came over.. with more food.. I ate that too..😁😁😁 ate the food.. not the friend😂
I spent the rest of the evening watching "Baki Hanma Son of the Ogre" season 4.
