Food Review: Hilsa fish Fry and some other stuffs

Hello everyone, I am @shorno. At first, happy independent day to all. Hope you guys are absolutely fine and free from diseases. Today Steem Bangladesh provides a topic for top post which is "Food". So, Today I am going to review avery famous food place and some foods which is hilsa fish fry, fish egg fry, mashed fish and mashed fish tail at Mawa Ferry Ghat

Right now Mawa ferry ghat is very famous for hilsa fish fry. Basically, it is located at the side of Padma river. We all know that, hilsa of Padma river is the most famous in the world. Many people usually go there to teste the delicious hilsa fry everyday. And just because Mawa located at the side of Padma that's why the cost of hilsa is lower than the usual market. We went there in early morning. If anybody want fresh fish, they must go there early in the morning. We bought 800gm hilsa fish for 750 taka and then gave to the hotel administrator for clean and fry that.

We are kind of lucky because, the fish we had bought, that had eggs. So, we got a extra item, egg fry. The behavior of that hotel's administration was very polite. They clean that fish and cut that into many pieces and also they fry those pieces in front of us. We asked that which ingredients they were using but they didn't agree to tell us with smile. They told that, that is their secret and they don't want to reveal so that no one can copy them. Also they ensure that they don't use any harmful elements. After 15/20 minutes our food was ready. They served us the food.

We couldn't stop out tongue after the smell of that fish. Without wasting time we started eating. They gave us fish fry, egg fry, mashed fish, mashed potato, mashed onion, mashed fish tail, fried eggplant, rice and salad. At first I are fish fry. The fish fry was bit oily and beautifully fried. But that was very spicy. Hotel management said that people love hilsa with spicy here. The fish fry was overall very delicious but oily.

Then I tested the fried eggs. The eggs was pretty much salty. That was delicious but that was very much dry so I had swallowing problem. Then I tested the mashed fish tail. The fish tail was very salty and spicy. But got the smell of mastered oil from that. That smell was very beautiful and forced me to eat that. Then I took mashed fish on my plate. Basically, they took 2 pieces of fish and mashed them with many kinds of condiment. They also used pure mastered oil in mashed fish.

Basically, the food mashed hilsa fish, we don't know or eat much. That was the first time I ate that and I am fully satisfied with that.

3. Mashed fish tail
4. Fish eggs fry
5. Fried eggplants

Warnings

1. Always buy fish with bargaining.
2. When the hotel management clean and cut the fish stand there otherwise they can change your fish.
3. Sometime they used bad oil to fry. Keen an eye on that.
4. There are many fish thorns so eat carefully.
5. Foods are very oily so I recommended tissue paper.

Mawa is very good place for eat delicious hilsa fry and the people usually visit there, they reviewed with very good words. Anyone can eat with high satisfaction but he must follow some warnings that I gave. Always eat good and delicious foods and always stay safe.
