How pearls are formed will give you a life lesson.
I used to believe that pearls are the eggs or a body part of Oysters in my childhood. But once I read an article about the transformation of pearls and got to know that pearls have a whole different story. This is how they are formed.

An oyster has two shells. The external shell and an internal fleshy shell called mantle to protect internal organs.
Usually foreign substances such as parasites or grains of sand enter into oyster and stuck between shell and the mantle.
As a defense mechanism, mantle secretes a mineral called nacre around those irritants in layers and eventually layer upon layer of nacre forms pearls which are one of the most valuable thing on the earth.
''Build a house with the bricks others throw at you'' is a famous quote and if you think about it you will realize that oysters are a live example for who follow it. We all can convert hardships come to our life into victories like these oysters who make pearls out of sands and parasites.

We can only grow and exploit our full potential when we challenge our limits again and again. The life of an oyster is a good way to set an example, especially in these times of crisis. Crisis should be an opportunity to grow, even if it's hard and sad.
