SELF ENQUIRY
Observation.
In our daily social dynamic, whether on social media platforms or real-life situations, even in our own mind, we often opinionate, express our thoughts and put energy into motion around someone or something. Do we ever stop to ponder what is the value that we give into the words that we speak or to the information that we receive? Do we evaluate the information that we pass on or take on, whether it is true, false, emotionally charged, objective, intended, mindless, creating the positive or the negative?
SELF ENQUIRY
Do I speak the words that have a positive impact or, on the contrary, I'm in a conversation to create a drama, an emotionally charged situation? What is drama and how does it affect my self-perception, self-esteem, self-love?
Am I aware what emotions my words feed and what emotional charge I put into them?
Do I think, speak or action something that lets me and others grow in a positive and constructive way; or is it something that has a subconscious negative intention?
What purpose do my social actions serve? Do I support the growth of human consciousness or fulfil my mind's desires?
What do I do in my life to perpetuate the ideas of lack and scarcity? What are the ideas of lack and scarcity?
Do I ever observe my reactions to the information which I receive? Am I aware of my reactions? What are reactions?
Do I even care whether I create a positive or negative change?
QUESTIONS TO ASK ONESELF TODAY.
How does my daily social dynamic impact my self-perception, my emotions, my life?
What do I do on the daily basis that impacts my life in a positive way e.g. increases my creativity, wellbeing etc?
What do I do that impacts my life in a negative way e.g. decreases my creativity, wellbeing etc?
What questions have I asked lately that challenged a status quo, an opinion, a statement that I read, heard or the statement that I made myself?
Feel free to leave a comment elaborating on any of the questions above.
Before You express what you think or feel, please ask yourself these three simple questions:
Is it true?
Is it necessary?
Is it kind?
My last comment before this one
"try and reinvent the wheel , you might be next Albert Einstein"
What coincidence. to answer your question.
"What questions have I asked lately that challenged a status quo, an opinion, a statement that I read, heard or the statement that I made myself?"
"There is nothing worth to kill for. There is a lot worth to die for."
No coincidences...only synchronicities.
There is a lot to live for :)
By not killing you I let you live for that a lot. If you do the same we both live for that a lot.
