Starting by wishing good health to all steemit friends. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite mercy of Allah I am very well. I often share time with the children in our home to be the children's educational mime. Anyway I will be participating in a great engagement challenge this week. The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC S23W3 / Mimos. So let's begin.

Invite your child aged 4 to 12 to be a mime with you. Share the step-by-step process of becoming a mime: What clothes did they choose? How do they draw themselves? Each step is detailed until you get the final result. Be sure to show photos of the process.

Children these days try to learn what they see and often act it out through gestures. I have two nieces one aged seven and the other four. They often play sports with me and I have a friendly relationship with them. Whenever they are with me I try to teach them something good. A few days ago they watched an educational mime video on youtube. So I asked them to do this act to participate in the engagement challenge even though they didn't have the necessary equipment to do this act. But I tried to keep them happy by decorating them with whatever I had at hand.

I put white makeup on their faces for the act and wrote the names on two posters to hold, which they needed for the act. They were really happy with this getup.

What message did you try to share during the activity?

As I said earlier they watched and learned this educational video from YouTube. They are really young and have never acted professionally. They tried to act like themselves.

Nowadays children are being harassed in various ways. So all of us parents should take responsibility to educate children about bad behavior and good behavior.

If children can understand what is bad behavior and what is good behavior then they will avoid a lot of bullying. When they understand it then children can tell their parents or they will get away from it.

So I tried to teach children how to touch the body of children is bad behavior and how to touch the body is good behavior through this acting or video.

Do you think, without using words, the message reached the people?

Yes, the message can reach people without using words. We can make any sound by making our body gestures which can easily be understood by the other person in front of us. Not everything has to use sound.

Today there are many disabled people who cannot use words but they convey their attitude to the people in front of them by gesturing their body parts. Body gestures are enough to express the thoughts. But it must be done according to the expression of the mind that it expresses.

How did the child feel while doing this activity? Did he have trouble saying any words or did he miss any words or sounds during the process? 1 point

Happily, I did this activity with my two younger nieces. They are very young and cannot act very professionally. But when I asked them to act according to the mime after watching the instructional video, they were ready to act it very easily. But they didn't know that acting is very difficult. Still they tried their best.
When I put makeup on their faces it was easy for them but when they started acting it was difficult for them. Because they were acting like this for the first time with me.

Alhamdulillah the happy thing is that they have completed this performance with their best efforts. Here the children performed mime with their body gestures without words, so they did not miss any words.
