DID YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH SELF-ESTEEM?
Make your experiment: Take the mirror, look at yourself and within ten seconds list ten things you do not like yourself. Remove the mirror for about five seconds. Then again, look. Now within 10 seconds list ten things you like about yourself. If you have been equally easy to both you most likely have a realistic self-assessment. If you have been much easier to list the negatives and positives to silent. It is likely you have low self-esteem. If you only counted the positives and nothing negative you did not see in myself. It most likely suffer from very high esteem. The problem with low self-esteem is that the more you alter, the more they try to erase the negative. So more and more negatives arise. A level your liking remains the same "low".
