steemchurch-venezuela: recipe for my Venezuelan friends
Ingredients
1 cup of milk
Egg.
1 cup of wheat flour leavening.
One (1) spoonful of sugar.
Three (3) tablespoons of butter or margarine.
If you do not have leavening flour, you can use perfectly: One cup of all-purpose flour, one teaspoon of baking powder and one-fourth teaspoon of salt.
Place the egg in a bowl beat until it is foamy.
Add the cup of milk and continue beating until well blended.
Add to this pasta, the cup of leavening flour (or the cup of all-purpose flour plus the teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt), little by little.
When we have a homogeneous paste, add sugar and butter or melted margarine.
To make them easily, we need a pan or a plate that does not stick, for better results, heat the griddle or pan and then anoint with oil, then empty the preparation of the pasta.
Cook over medium heat, turn it over, serve on a plate and continue doing more until the preparation is finished.
