Assalam-o-Alaikum! Everyone, good evening

I hope you guys are doing pretty well and enjoying the precious moments of life with his family by the grace of Allah Almighty who is the most merciful and the most generous.
I got up early in the morning as usual performed ablution went to the masjid and offer the fajar prayer then I go to the morning walk.
Guys today I am going to share with very popular vegetable okra. That's vegetable is very popular among children, young and old.
We can cook in many ways. We can cook with chicken, Onion 🧅 etc.
Lady finger rich in folate, vitamin K and iron. It may also help the production of haemoglobin red blood cells and blood clotting. All these things protect against anemia.
