Fear of change can be addressed to improve condition

The first thing we must clearly assume when we are afraid to assume changes in our life, especially if we consider the changes that are imminent, is to accept some form of approach for the solution of such condition. For this it is fundamental to know that the problem is psychological and that from that same psychological perspective we must face the fears associated with the changes in our life.

It is normal to be afraid of changes, we are always calm in our comfort zone, but in spite of it, we can live with fear, there is no problem with that, the bad thing comes when we do not live the change, that is to say when we close ourselves to live the fear instead of living the change.

The ideal is that we face the fear while we embrace the changes, if we assume that the only sure thing in life is that changes may come into our life, then it should not be something new to assume.

Listening to our fears can be better than avoiding them, in a process of change the fears will indicate us which way to go while the changes are taking place and they help us to adapt accordingly.
