Patience is one of the most valuable tools in this game, and it is precisely in moments like these that it is tested the most. It does not mean standing idly by and doing nothing, but it does mean understanding that the market has its times, and that if something does not move now, it does not mean that it will not do so later. The history of Bitcoin, Ethereum and many other altcoins is full of moments of apparent “stagnation” that later became opportunities for those who knew how to wait.
So if you feel like everything is at a standstill, nothing is moving forward, and altcoins are at a standstill, maybe it's best to do nothing.
